E-PoS Relaunches local service center

 Because of its strong commitment to customers, E-PoS relaunches its local Service Center in the UAE. The said Service Center will be equipped with better Facilities, Bigger in Space, Trained Technical Engineers, besides the additional Engineers, also have an IT Administrator / Coordinator to help monitor and assist the clients, this will help to have a rapid and easy flow of all Technical issues, follow up, etc as there would be a 1 point contact for Drop, Collection and Follow up, It will also help the company's technical support team to concentrate and reduce down time / turn around time, to have faster but appropriate diagnosis of the Product's.

Aside from re-launching Service Centers in the UAE, E-PoS has opened its International sales Office and Warehouse in JAFZA (Jebel Ali Free Zone) this year (2008). Wherein the International Staff Dept. will be dedicated for overseas Sales and International Market, there will also be a QC Team for Testing and Certifying the Goods in good condition and ready for shipping, This new branch will also serve as the Import and Export situate of the Company's products. While the Finance, Technical, RMA and the rest of the Staff will remain in Bur Dubai main office.

While E-PoS is constantly working to increase the presence of Resellers, Dealers and System Integrators in every region, E-PoS has also decided to increase leverage in advertising to sustain awareness, to gain an edge with competitors and to capture additional target market. Hence, the company increases advert. Releases, from the Local/Overseas Newspapers, Directories, Magazines and Business Pages. E-PoS has been doing this since 4 to 7 months in 3 Leading I.T. Magazine Publishers. The circulation of these magazines will reach, Value Added Resellers, End-Users and Senior Managers. This would be the Marketing tool with a focus.
